SKG Sangha is an environmental, independent, non-partisan & non-profit organisation that drives the efficient and restorative use of natural resources. SKG Sangha was founded in 1993 under the stewardship of Vidya Sagar Devabhaktuni with the sole intention to provide reliable, long-lasting renewable energy solutions and is absolutely dedicated to the overall sustainable development.

Being a social organisation, SKG Sangha encourages innovation and best practice solutions for rural households. We have an ambitious plan to bring clean energy and sustainable agricultural projects to people across India.

SKG Sangha collaborates with mission-driven leaders, organisations, and philanthropists to foster the creation of a resilient and self-sufficient system and dramatically improve the quality of life of the rural people, especially women and children.

Our mission is to accelerate the move to a sustainable, low-carbon economy and in order to achieve this goal; we act as a catalyst, making the case for change to businesses, governments and society worldwide. We pursue this work with humility, rigour, and focus on overall rural impact. We have with us, a group of exceptionally talented and deeply experienced people in the social sector. We envision a world where human activity is in balance with earth’s carrying capacity.
